Founded in 2018, The Fruit of My Fish LTD. began with a clear vision: to redefine food procurement for UK businesses. Our founders with decades of combined experience working within the food industry, saw a gap in the market. They witnessed first-hand the challenges that chefs, caterers, and business owners faced—inconsistent quality, unreliable delivery, complex supply chains, and a lack of personalised service from large, impersonal suppliers.
We believed there was a better way. A way rooted in partnership, transparency, and a genuine passion for exceptional ingredients. And so, The Fruit of My Fish was established.
